Arcel
A product brochure and warranty system designed to organize technical roofing specifications, applications, colours and customer information into usable printed collateral.
The project
In 2021, I was commissioned to create a set of customer and sales materials for Arcel, a roofing company.
The client supplied the underlying copy and technical information, while I developed the visual presentation and document structure from there.
The main challenge was the amount and variety of information that needed to fit into the materials. The brochure covered technical product details, profile specifications, colour options, installation applications, diagrams and supporting imagery, while the warranty document needed to present terms, conditions and customer/product information in a format that could be used operationally.
I designed the layouts, typography, information hierarchy and overall visual treatment across the brochure, bi-fold collateral and warranty certificate, keeping the materials consistent while adapting each piece to its specific purpose.
The final materials were approved, printed and used by the company.
This project is a useful example of translating technical source material into practical visual communication rather than designing purely promotional collateral.
