Inam Bhai
I built and managed the website, book-commerce, affiliate, email, analytics and paid-acquisition infrastructure behind Inam Bhai’s personal brand.
The project
From 2023 to 2024, I worked as the ongoing technical partner for speaker and author Inam Bhai.
The engagement covered far more than his public-facing website. I designed and developed his WordPress presence around his speaking services, professional profile, testimonials, media coverage, FAQs and enquiry journeys, while he supplied the core written content.
I then built the commerce infrastructure around his books using WooCommerce and PhonePe, allowing customers to purchase directly through the website.
A particularly important part of the project was the affiliate system. Inam wanted other people to promote his books and earn commissions from referred purchases, so I implemented AffiliateWP and configured the referral infrastructure around the store. The system launched and was actively used, giving him a structured way to recruit and manage affiliates rather than relying on informal referral arrangements.
I also supported the acquisition side of the business by running Meta campaigns for book sales and affiliate recruitment, while Google Analytics provided measurement and Brevo supported email communication.
The setup generated book purchases and leads through paid campaigns, and the website became Inam Bhai’s primary professional presence.
Across the engagement, I remained the person he relied on for the technical side of the business—building, connecting and maintaining the systems required as new requirements emerged.
